The NPORS Marine Knuckle Boom Crane course provides operators with the skills and knowledge to safely operate marine knuckle boom cranes. It covers crane components, safe lifting techniques, pre-use inspections, load handling and marine safety regulations.
The course consists of practical hands-on training and assessment.
Course Duration – Typically 2-3 days.
An Experienced Worker Test (EWT) is available for skilled operators who need formal recognition without completing full training.
On successful completion, candidates receive an NPORS Operator Qualification.
